He is the founder and majority shareholder of INNOVATIVE MAVERICKS, a private equity company that owns a number of subsidiary companies in South Africa, ultimately responsible for the birth of the Nozy Parker solution through his Software Development company specialising in the application of measurement methodology solutions.
Warren was the founder of SPARK (Parking Operator in South Africa since 1994), which was driven by the quest to create "places out of spaces", believing that he and his team could change the face of parking by revolutionising the customer experience.
With over 20 years of experience in parking management, Warren (now a thought leader in the industry), advises on best practice performance management and his passion for innovation across the world challenging the status quo of how parking and malls services have traditionally been managed.
Warren has an impressive track record, assisting in the design and operation of key retail and airport parking facilities in Africa, Brazil, India and Europe including applying digital service delivery management solutions in the UAE.
