Skilled in Executive Development, Career Development, HR and OD Consulting, Coaching, and Executive Coaching. He is a strong consulting professional with a M.A. focused in Psychology from University of Natal.
Steven was brought on board to assist Warren in crafting Nozy Parker’s team culture, going through in-depth assessments with each prospective team member prior to appointment. His guidance and perspective provided in executive strategy sessions and brainstorming meetings as been invaluable, and the team appreciate the key questions he poses that aid in key decision making required by the team.
