Lani has worked in service delivery for the property industry for the past 18 years, specialising in parking management.
She has worked with various service delivery and parking teams across the country attracting and managing talent, setting best practice standards, running staff training and benchmarking formal standard operating procedures with a view to improve operational performance, mitigate risks and lead productive teams.
Her skills lie in analysing the detail to improve organizational processes, and working with teams to improve service delivery, productivity and efficiency.
Having a longstanding relationship with CEO, Warren Swart, after working together in the parking management industry for 18 years, Lani was excited to join the Creative Tension software development team that was responsible for the development of the Nozy Parker product.
As COO, Lani enjoys being able to still get her hands dirty in on-site operations, by assisting clients to delve into the detail of their sites, finding and fixing key compliance and procedure metrics with our clients and their teams so as to improve their service delivery while at the same time driving innovation in the industry in the way in which performance is measured and managed. She works intimately with our development team to ensure that the digital services and solutions are practical and functional from a user and operational perspective as well as overseeing all technical and customer support required by clients.
