Aileen has worked in shopping centre marketing and media for the past 14 years, with 10 years in managerial positions. She has retail in her blood, and it is her passion. Strategic insight, critical thinking, creativity, innovation and financial management are her strengths.
As we find ourselves at the edge of retail as we know it being disrupted, she has found herself increasingly interested in the marketing tactics and exponential technologies already at play that are going to influence customer experience and mall profitability in the future. From payment methods, consolidation of loyalty to artificial intelligence and sensor-based technologies she believes that the line between offline and online will blur and technology will permeate bricks and mortar to offer a truly seamless experience.
From a marketing and media perspective, she has enjoyed finding ways of altering and enhancing customer experience and finding solutions to provide brands and malls with measurable ROI through marketing, media and digital solutions integrated with the traditional shopping experience.
She has recently joined the Nozy Parker team as Chief Commercial Officer, assisting the team with marketing, client relationship management and business development. She decided to join the team based on the innovative nature of the products they have already developed, and the opportunity to influence customer experience and industry performance that the systems, data and analytics provided by the Nozy Parker allow across various ecosystems used by consumers.
